As from 1 January 2006 the system of regulated access has come into effect. As a result the TSC (Transmission Service Conditions) have undergone many changes.

The purpose of  the TSC is to complement the Gas Conditions (in Dutch: ´Gasvoorwaarden´), to be established by the Dutch regulator NMa (´Directie Toezicht energie´). As a consequence of new legislation the ´Gasvoorwaarden´ and the TSC have to be read in conjunction with one another to obtain a complete view of the relevant rules.

The NMa has established all parts of the ‘Gasvoorwaarden’. The established version of the ´Gasvoorwaarden´ can be found on the NMa website. The conditions consist of:
