Exceeding capacities

When entry capacity or exit capacity is exceeded by a margin of more than 2%, a so called capacity overshoot will be deemed to have occurred. Where there is a capacity overshoot, this additional capacity will be charged on the basis of the largest overshoot on each day multiplied by the monthly factor for the applicable month multiplied by the annual tariff.
