Nomflex

Shippers may obtain additional flexibility by contracting the Nomflex service.

This flexibility service offers the functionality of a gas storage facility: capacity for storing an excess, for supplying a shortage and for storage space. The service can be booked for a full calendar year or for a quarter of a year. Per m3 contracted production capacity a storage volume of 168 m3 is made available. Usage of the Nomflex service must be nominated, taking into account a nomination lead-time of one hour. Financial consequences (penalties) of nominating in excess of the maximum or minimum volume of the storage will be charged to the user(s) who cause the excess or shortage.

GTS will tender for the flexibility that is necessary to deliver this service, and costs will be charged back to the users, including an administrative fee.
