Senior Vice President Corporate Asset Planning

Cees Hut studied chemical engineering at the University Twente. After pursuing an engineering career at several different companies, he joined N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie as a process engineer. In this function he was project manager of a gas storage project. From 1990 to 1994, he was manager of the Planning Department, where he was responsible for the gas infrastructure planning.

In 1995 Cees Hut was appointed manager of the Gas Transportation Department, with responsibility for the operational gas transport. From 2000 to 2004 he was manager of the ICT Department. From 2004 to 2005, he was asset manager, with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the gas infrastructure, and safety. In July 2005 he was appointed the CIO of Gasunie.

Cees Hut has been a member of the management team of GTS since April 1 2006, in the post of Senior Vice President Corporate Asset Planning.
