Concluded Agreements

Connection Agreements (in Dutch and only for industrial costumers called “Aansluitovereenkomst”) have been concluded between GTS and the parties listed in the enclosed table.

Since under this agreement the connection fee will be invoiced directly to the connected party instead of to the shipper, both shipper and connected party should be aware of the start date of the specific Aansluitovereenkomst.
